:  ١ - الشروط

• لكي يكون المنتج مؤهلًا للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، يجب أن يكون بنفس حالته الأصلية عند الاستلام، دون أي استخدام أو تلف، مع إرفاق الكارت الأصلي.
• يرجى العلم أن كل طلب يحق له إجراء واحد فقط بعد الشراء (استبدال أو استرجاع )
• يجب تقديم طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال مدة أقصاها 3 ايام من تاريخ الاستلام.

يتم استرداد المبلغ بعد تسليم المنتج مباشرة مع خصم قيمة الشحن {فى حالة الاسترجاع}
