سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

نحرص دائمًا على أن تصلكم طلباتكم كما تتوقعون 🤍

لذلك نرجو التأكد من معاينة الطلب قبل الاستلام، ويمكنكم الاستفادة من خدمة المعاينة للتأكد من القطعة قبل استلامها.

و كذلك يمكنك الاستبدال والاسترجاع خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط:

• أن تكون القطعة بحالتها الأصلية كما تم استلامها، دون استخدام أو تلف.
• إرفاق الكارت/الملصق الأصلي مع القطعة.
• يحق لكل طلب إجراء واحد فقط بعد الشراء، سواء استبدال أو استرجاع.

استرداد المبلغ

في حالة الاسترجاع، يتم استرداد المبلغ (Refund) فور استلام القطعة والتأكد من حالتها، مع خصم قيمة الشحن.

Exchange & Return

If you wish to exchange or return your order, you may submit your request within 3 days of receiving it, provided that:

• The item is in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
• The original tag/card is attached.
• Each order is eligible for one post-purchase request only, either an exchange or a return.

Refunds

In case of a return, the refund will be processed once the item is received and its condition is confirmed, after deducting the shipping fees.
